Get your VA Certificate |
Before you shop for a home you need your VA Eligibility Certificate!
If you do not have your certificate, you ca still get a pre-approval letter, which is crucial when shopping for a home. Simply apply with our sposnored lender and ask for an electonic VA Approval. Then follow up with etting your certificate.

Get your certificate in as little as two weeks!
1. Down load the VA Eligibility Request form
2. Complete and send to:
VA Loan Eligibility Center
PO Box 20729
Winston-Salem, NC 27120
Note: You will also need to send a "Proof of Service" or a DD Form 214 along with your request. The DD-214 is issued upon retirement from the military. If you are still on active duty you can get a Proof Of Service letter from your servicing personnel office.
3. You should receive your certificate in about 10 days.
