Real Estate listings are a paid service. Owners are not registered Real Estate agents and are not affiliated with any agency. We do offer Real Estate advertisements provided by the owner or agent of the owner to be placed in our web pages for a fee.

We do not guarantee that homes listed on our site will be sold or rented. However, we do offer a satisfaction guarantee.

Pricing Policy

We offer competitive pricing for home advertising. We monitor our competition and the services they offer to make sure we are offering you our services at or below the industry standard. It is our policy to make every effort to cut cost while continuing to provide EXCELLENT customer service. 

Until Sold or Rented

When we market our home advertising services under the term "until Sold or Rented", we do this with the understanding that most homes are sold within one year of listing. When you select this advertising package, your home will remain on our site for 1 year or until the status of the home is changed to SOLD or RENTED. Weekly email reminders will be sent until the listing status is changed or automatically deleted.

However, if you are a property manager with multiple units, you must place a separate ad for each unit until sold or rented. We do not allow generic ads to run continuously. If we discover this type of advertisement, we will delete the ad and we will not provide a refund.
